'The Action Group is one of the India's leading business conglomerates.

'Synergy' started by Shri Anil Aggarwal in 1985 and led by Mr Ankit Aggarwal is a ‘high-quality footwear label by Action’. We are the first to manufacture Sports Shoes in India and were conferred ‘The National Award for Industrial Development’ by the Honorable President of India, Shri. Giani Zail Singh on the 7th of October 1986.

For more than 40 years, Synergy Action has been manufacturing top quality footwear from men casuals to formals, daily wear to sports wear, elegant collection for ladies, quality school shoes to fun range for kids and has pioneered the concept of ‘Complete Family Footwear’.

2007: Recognized as an 'Export House' by the 'The Ministry of Commerce and Industry, India'

2013: Started Selling Online in addition to expansive all India distributor network

2018-2025: Won more than 20 Awards on Flipkart Marketplace as 'Gold Seller' under seller name “ActionEStore”
